Melissa Buchanan

Owner, Instructor, Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist
Melissa is a licensed massage therapist with an associate's degree in therapeutic massage and integrated healthcare. She is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and pilates and kickboxing specialist, all through AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America).  She has been certified in 10 different class formats: Piyo, Pilates, Pilates on the ball, Pound™️, P90X, Insanity, Transform Step, TurboKick, Kickboxing and Strong Nation™️. She is also first aid, CPR and AED certified.

Before starting her fitness and wellness business, Melissa had her massage therapy practice in a chiropractor's office. During that time, she learned so much about back injuries and prevention. She regularly takes continuing education classes in that area.

Melissa loves helping people and sharing her love of fitness with them. Her mottos are,  "Keep it simple, make it effective" and "Life is about balance." She enjoys adventures with her family, whether at home or traveling, volunteering and participating in local 5Ks.

Kim Brown

Instructor, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Kim is a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach and certified kickboxing instructor, all through NASM (the National Academy of Sports Medicine).

Kim's fitness motto is that fitness is more than losing weight -- it's also about gaining confidence, boosting self-esteem, feeling comfortable in your own skin and loving your body for all that it is and forgetting about what it is not.

Outside of the gym, Kim enjoys spending time with her three kids and two dogs. She loves to read, hike, travel and binge watch Netflix.

Rachel Gleason

Instructor & Personal Trainer
Rachel attended SUNY Brockport and graduated with a Bachelor of Science. She has a certification in health education, K-12.

Rachel's current fitness certifications are Red Cross first aid, CPR & AED, AFAA group fitness instructor, AFAA certified personal trainer, MOSSA group power (strength training certification), Piloxing Barre, AMPD Kettlebell, AMPD Power Flow, certified TRX coach and Practical Pilates.

For fun, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and Zoey, their Goldendoodle.

Sarah Whitcomb

Instructor
Sarah is a certified group fitness instructor through ACE, CPR, AED and is first aid certified.

Sarah is a proud vegan, runner and triathlete. She raises her three children, works, teaches in criminal justice and volunteers with the emergency squad.
