She had her own personal training business and designed and taught many group fitness classes over the years. She believes group fitness really boosts self esteem and builds confidence, especially in women.
She is an AFAA certified personal trainer and also certified in TRX, Spin and Pound. Classes she has taught include Strength Training, all levels of TRX, Spin, Bootcamps, circuits, HIIT, running clubs - and more! She has run four half marathons and inspired others to join her! She believes being “fit” is a balance of cardio endurance and strength.
In her free time She enjoys hanging out with her husband and friends. Her motto in fitness and life is: “Stop talking and start doing.” She’s glad to be part of the Studio B team and hopes to see you in class!
