Group fitness classes are offered 7 days a week. Get strong, get fit, sweat and have fun, all with the support of everyone in the class alongside you!
Led by Melissa Buchanan, our team of certified group fitness instructors are experienced, energetic and ready to push you through every workout. They’ll make sure you not only sweat, but also have fun!
Featuring The Grit Room
The Grit Room is a gym where you can get your hardcore workout on! There are no machines — you are the machine. Ball slam, battle rope, punching bag and box jump your way to a stronger you. The Grit Room is just how it sounds: A gritty place for you to get fit and SWEAT. Each week we write out a plan you can follow for tackling each station OR you can make up your own. Once you have been through our orientation, you’re good to go! You can come use the grit room at your convenience.
Open Monday – Friday 5:30am to 7pm and Saturdays 8am to 3pm
