Barre classes, a national fitness mainstay, effectively strengthens, lengthens and tones muscles while increasing flexibility and fine-tuning postural alignment. Lower body work begins at the barre followed by Pilates-style mat work for arms and core. Deep, stress-releasing stretches are offered throughout the session. Exercises are performed in bare feet or socks with grips. No dance background is required and all fitness levels are welcome and challenged.

PiYo® LIVE! is a mat class like you’ve never taken before! Inspired by Pilates and Yoga. This upbeat fun workout is suitable for all levels. This class will make you sweat without the high intensity of other formats. A great class for Pilates and Yoga lovers, runners, and anyone looking for a more flowing flexibility and core workout. We do not use weights in this class and we provide the mats if you need one, shoes are optional.
A super fun and effective interval class, Retro-Fit is a total body workout alternating “old school” low-impact cardio moves to classic Motown and Beatles, funky 70’s and Michael Jackson tunes with fresh, modern strength segments targeting arms, legs and core. You’ll leave smiling, humming and energized from head to toe! All fitness levels are welcome. Supportive cross-training sneakers are recommended.
It is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by playing the drums. The music is loud, the energy is high, and the work out is intense. Rip Stix, and mats are provided. This class is offered Tuesday at 7pm and Saturday at 10am. Shoes are optional. Ages 14 and up. All fitness levels welcome. Class limit of 30.
